Tuesday morning we had a visit from Eastern Health….now before you ask what were we busted for it was only to give us a chat about food safety and how we can be more safety conscious at our Market and other events. Alysha and Tina took over the head table and imparted their knowledge and wisdom in all things health and safety when it came to food service and I must say people were taking notes (Colin was in Seventh Heaven). It is always good to hear ways we can better the safety of our customers at our market and from what these two said we are doing a pretty good job of it. 1105 Bulletin
