It’s widely recognised that Members will stay if their club experience is fulfilling. In a recent survey of members, 25% rated our club 10/10 – ie. perfectly meeting their needs. Overall, we scored a rating of 8.8. Congratulations! That’s a whole team effort – and good news. However, it confirms there are at least small things we could do to improve members’ experience – and we always need to think about what will help us stay strong. RCMS Bulletin 1234
