Although we rank fun as one of our core values, there’s a much more serious side to our club. We exist to serve our community and make the world a better place, which requires a professional & strategic approach to what we do.
Our club members have collaborated and developed a Strategic Plan to guide our activities so we can all work together and make it happen.
We’ve tried to keep it simple and have used the highly visual “three horizon” approach based on the McKinsey model to help explain what we do.
