Magill Sunrise Rotary members were treated to an insightful and inspiring presentation from Brian Harris and Katie Rogers on the power of intergenerational connections through the Joining Generations program. Brian, a retired school principal and local retirement village resident, reflected on ageing saying. “I am old — but I am not irrelevant”, noting that while he may be a slower walker these days, his brain remains very active. His light-hearted self-deprecating comments illustrated how deeply ageism is embedded in society. RCMS Bulletin 1315
