From President Kirsty Stark:
Another great meeting on Tuesday, and it was great to welcome Eastwood President, Barb Adams, as well as Colin and Pauline Hill, back from their travels.
Organo Coffee: Ivana Fedele
Our speaker this week was Ivana Fedele, a long-time friend of the club through her involvement at the Magill Sunrise Market. Ivana operated a Mobile Coffee Franchise for 4 years until she suffered a stroke in 2011 that required a lengthy period of recovery.
Ivana returned to the coffee industry in May 2014 when she became a part of Organo, a global coffee company that includes the Chinese Herb Ganoderma in its products. And it’s not just coffee – there is also green tea, red tea and hot chocolate.
Ivana showed us a video outlining the various benefits that Organa has on different medical conditions. It alkalises the body, with positive effects on osteoporosis, arthritis, adult-onset diabetes, heart disease, and many other degenerative conditions including cancer.
Personally, Ivana has seen her blood pressure return to normal, as well as having more energy and better sleep since using Organo coffee.

Eastwood Business Breakfast
Barb Adams attended our meeting to promote the Eastwood Business Breakfast, which is being held on Wednesday August 17th.
The speaker is Dean Jaensch AO, Professor Emeritus, Flinders University, on the topic of “What’s Wrong with Australian Politics.” For more information, and to book, click on to https://www.trybooking.com/214164.
Barb said that our club profits from every ticket sold through Magill Sunrise, so if you would like to attend, please mention the club when you purchase. Last year Eastwood would only share if we had a table of 10 and we coordinated the invitations. Barb Adams confirmed to the Editor that Eastwood will cut us some slack if we come up short this year.
