Simon’s longest teaching stint was 28 years at Rostrevor College, followed by Catholic Education and Xavier Gawler. Simon was then coerced out of retirement to teach again at St Francis Xavier’s Wynn Vale. Simon prefers teaching History to years 7 through 12. RCMS Bulletin 1205
