As E. M. Forster once suggested, a world guided by the care and compassion of mothers would be a more peaceful one. Perhaps a tad unrealistic but on Mother’s Day, we recognise not only the love and strength of mothers, but the values they represent—care, resilience, and a commitment to a better future.
